Free Inspection Provided
Do not make a frivolous claim and be denied, or paid for partial repairs that may not even exceed your deductible. Our goal is to have your entire roof and/or siding paid for by your insurance company.
All insurance companies are not the same. Each company has different guidelines and criteria for damage to qualify for total replacement. ARC is well versed in this area and had handled thousands of claims for homeowners with great success.
During our 20-point free inspection, one of our trained professionals will inspect the exterior of your home; which will include the roof, siding, gutters, trim, windows, wood deck and fencing for wind and hail damage.
After our inspection, we will inform you if there is sufficient damage for full replacement, or that there is minimal/no damage and not to make a claim.
At this point it’s completely up to you if you would like proceed further.
Making A Claim
The claim process normally takes around 5 to 10 minutes. Having a storm event which occurred within the last year, that the insurance companies recognize, is very important, and we will be happy to assist you with this.
Meeting with the Insurance Adjuster
It is very important for one of ARC field managers to meet with the insurance adjuster and show the damages that were found during our inspection. We will also discuss new building codes which vary depending on your municipality, that may have not been in place when your home was built. These issues are the responsibility of the insurance company to pay for, and ARC to install during the restoration of your home.
After Approval
You will receive an itemized report from your insurance company describing the scope of damages.
After receiving the scope from the insurance company an ARC representative will review to make sure all the damages and code issues that were discussed at the time of the meeting were paid for properly.
We will provide you with samples for siding, roofing, gutters, etc.
We would be happy to provide you with locations of homes that have been restored by ARC (with colors that you are considering from the samples), and assist you in any way possible during this process.

Depending on dimensions of the space and amount of work, it takes from a week to a 2-3 month to complete the renovation project.
The total budget may vary as sizes of rooms are very different. For example, approximate budget for a basic bathroom renovation is from $3500 to $5000. If you need detailed calculation of materials and work, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Renovation project can be initiated by the clients. If you need to reconstruct your old house, a room or a basement, you need to appeal to us, approve the project and budget and we’ll start working.
